SAINT CATHERINE PROUDLY SUPPORTS  "COME RECEIVE THE LIGHT  -  The Nationally Syndicated Radio Program of Orthodox Christianity"

How do we hear it?  In South Florida it is only available over the internet.

Click on the "Orthodox Christian Network" tab which is on the row of tabs at the top of every page of our Saint Catherine website, www.stcatherine-wpb.org.

This brings you to the Orthodox Christian Network. From there click on the "CRTL" tab at the top of their page, choose "Come Receive the Light" and scroll down to "Listen Now (Real Audio)" under the paragraph describing this week's program, "Finding Our Boundaries."

This week Dr. George Stavros from the Danielson Institute joins guest host Fr. Steven Ritter on the program today to talk about the importance of setting up healthy boundaries in our lives. Plus, hear Fr. Chris' interview with Sara Tomczyk and Dan Christopoulos of the IOCC about the Tropical Disease program and their efforts to help those who suffer from the painful disease Podoconiosis in Ethiopia.

You can continue scrolling down and see the description of previous programs and listen to them also.

Vacation Church School
We are planning our Vacation Church School for our school children August 9-13, the week before school begins.  Parents, mark the days in your calendars.  We are planning a morning program this year from 9am to 12 Noon.  The cost will be a reduced rate.  Details to follow.

Philoptochos Food Drive
Philoptochos is collecting non perishable items for the needy in our area. Please bring your donations to the Small Hall. Those who have no kitchen to cook in appreciate cans with pull tabs instead of needing a can opener. Thank you in advance for helping to feed those less fortunate.

Tsourekia and More
The Tsourekia and More table also has numerous nameday cards

Difficulty hearing the Liturgy?

The ushers have amplified devices you can borrow for the service.  Please ask at the pangari..
